South Carolina PT and PTA CEU requirements

Required topics
- 3 hours in ethics, professionalism or South Carolina jurisprudence, taken as a Certified Activity
Rules to know
- PTs and PTAs have the same requirement.
- At least 15 of the 30 hours must be Certified Activities, such as courses that meet FSBPT standards or come from APTA or SCAPTA.
- Up to 15 hours can be Approved Activities. A course that doesn't qualify as Certified earns only 2, 5 or 10 hours depending on its length.
- Hours are reported through CE Broker.
- You don't need hours for the first renewal after you're first licensed in South Carolina.
