CEUs Near Me is operated by Ironleaf Health LLC ("we"). ceusnearme.com is a free map of in-person continuing education courses. You can use the map without an account and without giving us any personal information.
What we collect
- Course alerts. If you sign up, we store your email address, the search filters you chose (topics, providers, area) and the dates you signed up and confirmed.
- Contact messages. If you use the contact form, we receive your name, email address and message.
- Technical logs. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) for security and reliability.
We don't use advertising trackers, and we don't sell or rent personal information.
How we use it
- To send the course alerts you asked for, at most once a week, only after you confirm by email.
- To reply to your messages.
- To keep the site running and secure.
Who handles it for us
Cloudflare hosts the site and stores alert sign-ups. Resend delivers our emails. They process this information only to provide those services to us.
How long we keep it
Alert sign-ups are kept until you unsubscribe; unsubscribing deletes your email address and filters. Sign-ups never confirmed are deleted. Contact messages are kept in our email inbox as long as needed to handle your request.
Your choices
Every alert email has an unsubscribe link. To see, correct or delete anything we hold about you, write to us through the contact page.
Links to course providers
Course listings link to providers' own websites. Their privacy practices are their own, so read their policies before you register.
Children
The site is meant for healthcare professionals and students, and isn't directed at children under 13.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date above. Significant changes affecting alert subscribers will be announced by email.
